Since 2021, ABĒCA Naturals has supported hundreds of clients and customers on their wellness journeys through education, encouragement, and custom herbal formulations. Today, we offer complete holistic health coaching packages as well as acute consultations to those in need of our services.

Ashley Murphy is a registered herbalist who is available by phone through website bookings.

Booking an acute visit is right for you if:

• You are new to holistic health and are looking for education on a particular disease or illness from an alternative perspective

• You are dealing with an acute illness or short season of uncertainty and are looking for a custom supplement to help

• You have recently met with another practitioner and have been referred to our practice for custom blend fulfillment

• You want to "pick the brain" of a trained herbalist about anything related to herbal medicine or holistic health

Consultation Details:

Book now and Ashley will be in touch within two hours, weekdays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please enter your phone number in the notes section at checkout. If you need a call outside of working hours, enter this information at checkout and you will be billed an additional $35. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911. We are not medical professionals.

After booking, please make sure you are available for the phone call. If we are unable to connect in a timely manner, your order will be refunded by the end of day.

Your personalized herbal product recommendation may come in the form of tinctures, capsules, teas, or a combination, tailored to your health history and goals. On average, a one-month supply ranges from $28 to $35. Formulation of a custom herbal blend is included in your visit, but the product is sold separately here.
